HOW TO USE TEFF FLOUR

  • As a surrogate of the wheat flour (either partially or entirely) for every oven-baked product (pizzas, sweet or salted buns, cakes, bread, biscuits...)
  • To thicken sauces, to flour meat or fish, to make pudding.
